What do people say about the wings?

Which sauces can you pick, and how many wings?

- LaSorted's Silver Lake. Silver Lake, 2847 Sunset Blvd, is open Monday to Thursday 11am to 9pm, Friday and Saturday 11am to 10pm, Sunday 11am to 9pm. Order at the counter and take them with you; there is no seating inside. Order from Silver Lake.
- LaSorted's Chinatown. Chinatown, 984 N Broadway, is open Monday to Thursday 11am to 10pm, Friday and Saturday 11am to 1am, Sunday 11am to 10pm. A sit-down room with games on the TVs, under a mile from Dodger Stadium, with reservations if you want a table. Order from Chinatown.
Can you get wings delivered, and until when?
Yes. Order online for pickup or delivery from either shop, or eat them at a table in Chinatown. Silver Lake delivers across its own neighbourhood and into Echo Park; Chinatown delivers across Chinatown and up to the north end of Downtown. Late on a Friday or Saturday night the Chinatown kitchen is still taking orders, so wings and a couple of slices after a game is on.

Are the wings breaded?
No. They are fried naked, with nothing on the skin, and tossed in the sauce after they come out of the fryer.
Can you mix sauces on one order?
You pick one sauce per order of wings. Buffalo plus lemon pepper is on the list as its own choice, so that combination needs no special request.
Do wings travel well for delivery?
Ask for them naked with the sauce on the side and toss them when they arrive. Sauced wings sitting under a pizza box on a busy night can soften, and the side-of-sauce option is there for that.
Do you get ranch or blue cheese with the wings?
You pick one when you order, or ask for both. Ranch is the house default on the menu line.
